I am sick of the future! I am tired of standing idly by while the world chugs on, bringing robots and computers into our most analog of hygine rituals.
There are merits to removing touchpoints when washing your hands, but the current solution is dogshit! Where are the "innovation" and "disruption" bros on the topic of sensor-based bathroom faucets?? Why is this the best we can do?
It's not what they're doing to me, it's what they're doing to everyone. Everyone else is just too afraid to speak up. Everyone else is just a little too comfortable with the world as we know it. And while everyone sleeps contentedly in their little cozy beds each night, this scourge creeps further and further into our cultural norms, digging it's grimy little hardly-clean tendrils into our homes, our schools and our places of work.
